1. The candidate sshould have experience in Production

2. The candidate should have experience of directly
reporting to the Unit head or as Unit Head with a
workforce of 200 or more.
3. Should have at least 5 years experience in Managing
Batch Production line involved with the manufacturing
and assembly of heavy equipments preferably in Railway
Rolling Stock / equipments.
4. Should be familiar with reading and understanding
Steel fabrication drawings, material and cost
estimations.
5. Should be familiar with Industrial engineering
practice related to Work Study, Time study etc with a
proven flair for cost reductions.
6. Experience in Steel foundry with more than 5 Ton
Furnaces is preferable.
