With an extensive career spanning over 32 years in Indian Railways, he brings a wealth of expertise in the operation and management of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs), specializing in manufacturing, rolling stock maintenance, and strategic project execution.

Throughout his tenure, he has held several key positions, including Director (Inspection & Liaison) at RDSO Kolkata, Additional Divisional Railway Manager at Kharagpur, and Chairman & Managing Director of Burn Standard Co. Limited Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Rolling Stock Engineer (Coaching) at South Eastern Railway. Under his leadership, Braithwaite & Co. Limited secured an order worth ₹2,500 crore, marking a significant achievement for the company.

His tenure has been instrumental in fostering innovation, with Braithwaite designing and developing the BLSS (Spine Car) Wagon for container transportation, which won the "Best Innovative Product Solution of the Year" at the 3rd Edition of the Manufacturing and MSME Conclave. Additionally, the company introduced the Flat Multipurpose Wagon (FMP Wagon) for Ro-Ro operations, heavy equipment transport, and steel coil movement. Braithwaite also received prototype approval for a 20-feet Tank Container for bulk cement transport, poised to revolutionize infrastructure logistics.

Shri R. Veerabahu, joined the Board of Braithwaite & Co. Limited (BCL) as Director (Finance) on October 1, 2024. A seasoned finance professional, he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and has honed his leadership skills through prestigious programs at IIM Bangalore and IIM Ahmedabad.

With over 32 years of post-qualification experience, Shri Veerabahu has expertise in all core areas of finance and accounting, including pricing strategy, budgetary control, tax planning, and target costing. Prior to his current role, he served as General Manager (Internal Audit) at Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL), where he began his career as an Executive Trainee in 1992 and ascended to General Manager in 2021.

At BHEL, he played a pivotal role in policy formulation, contributing to key documents such as the Works Policy, Purchase Policy, Accounting Policy, and Uniform General Conditions of Contracts. His financial acumen has been instrumental in optimizing project execution strategies as a member of multiple task forces. Additionally, he spearheaded major digital transformation initiatives, streamlining financial operations and enhancing efficiency.

Shri Sanjeev Rastogi joined the Board of Braithwaite & Co. Ltd. (BCL) as Director (Production) on October 8, 2024. He holds an M.Tech in Power Electronics from IIT-BHU, Varanasi, and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from MNNIT, Allahabad, along with a postgraduate diploma in Marketing Management.

A seasoned mechatronics professional, Shri Rastogi brings over 30 years of expertise in manufacturing, having led teams in production, technology development, process optimization, maintenance, and capital investment planning at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). His leadership in executing complex projects—such as establishing 700 MW Nuclear Turbine Manufacturing without additional CAPEX and debottlenecking transformer production—has significantly enhanced operational efficiency. He has played a pivotal role in modernizing manufacturing facilities, optimizing resources, and improving productivity at minimal cost.

Renowned for his passion for process development and facility modernization, Shri Rastogi has successfully implemented cutting-edge technologies like Automation, Robotics, Industrial IoT (IIoT), and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). His contributions have resolved legacy production challenges, improved over 300 processes, reduced rework and cycle time, and enhanced productivity. Additionally, he spearheaded the in-house development of an IIoT platform, a Knowledge Management portal, and a Facilities Repository with OEE-based analytics, enabling predictive maintenance and digital transformation.

Beyond his technical expertise, Shri Rastogi has represented BHEL in various industry and policy forums, including CII, FICCI, MHI, G20, and academia. His contributions to innovation have earned him three patents, reinforcing his commitment to advancing India's manufacturing landscape.

Shri Happy Walia, a distinguished railway professional, currently serves as Executive Director (Railways) at the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. With over three decades of extensive experience in railway operations, maintenance, and modernization, he has been instrumental in policy formulation and strategic decision-making for freight car maintenance across Indian Railways.

Before assuming his current role, Shri Walia served as General Manager (Workshop Computerisation) at the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), where he led the development of a comprehensive digital platform to automate rolling stock workshop operations. This initiative streamlined material management, workforce deployment, and maintenance activities, enhancing efficiency across Indian Railways.

During his tenure as Chief Mechanical Engineer (Planning) at Northern Railway, he was responsible for planning and implementing critical rolling stock maintenance projects. Additionally, as Chief Environment Manager, he played a key role in integrating eco-friendly policies into railway operations. His leadership extended to roles such as Director (Inspection & Liaison) at RDSO and Deputy Chief Mechanical Engineer at COFMOW, where he oversaw the procurement and technical evaluation of advanced CNC machines, ensuring modernization of production units.

An alumnus of Indian Railways Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (IRIMEE), Jamalpur, Shri Walia possesses deep technical expertise and strategic foresight. By profession, Shri Sachin V. Dighde is BE (Mechanical Engineering) from Nagpur University and M.E. in Energy Management and system. Has more than 20 years of vast experience in Railway related works. Has worked with Indian Railways in various posts. Have experience in all issues related to Rehabilitation of Coaches, Management of Crew, running rooms, RCD. Coordination with several security services, RPF. Have worked for POH of main line and EMU Coaches. Experience in Operations, Loco links, Quality Audits of Railway Workshops, Purchase Inspection of Safety and other Items, Vendor Development. Previously worked as General Manager of RITES Ltd and Zonal Director of RDSO (WZ) and in charge of western and southern area. Presently, he is posted as CEO, Braithwaite & Co. Limited
